Intro

In the dissolution test, the manner and time of dissolution are measured. The dissolution tester simulates the environment in which the tablet is to begin to dissolve (for example, the stomach) by means of a heater, water bath, vessels, peddles, and baskets, and then the tablet is placed in this environment (vessels). The temperature of the vessel should be the temperature inside the body (37 degrees Celsius).
