Intro

BIN tanks placed in storage that contain raw materials or ready-to-press materials must be in the position of the charging door material of the High Speed Mixer (RMG), Double Cone Blender (DCB), Inter-Blender (IBC) or Rotary Tablet Press. (RTP). For this purpose, BIN tank lift device should be used.

  • Used in the prodcut unit - Solids department (powder and granulation)
  • With BIN tanks of materials with the ability to store on each other
  • All GMP requirements and standards, safety precautions and operator requirements are included in the construction of the machine
  • The body of the machine made of SST-304
  • Surfaces in contact with storage tank material (BIN) made of SST-316L
  • All parts in contact with materials with mirror surface smoothness (suitable for pharmaceutical industries)
  • Ability to rotate the machine to adjust the position of the BIN tank on the vibrating sieve or high speed mixer (HMG)
  • Has validation documents (OQ, IQ, DQ)
